New p2p entrants developing in the U.K.

Hello everyone I hope you are all keeping well.

As we move into 2014 we are finding more peer to peer websites develop in the U.K.

Within 6 weeks according to U.K. newspapers we will have another set up and running offering loans from £50,000 to £3 million via peer to peer.

It has been set up by a director of an asset management company and has raised £3 million from investors to fund the site.

When it is operational we will let you know and will put it on our portal  www.nonbanklending.co.uk so it is accessible .

We do expect more p2p and crowdfunding sites to develop as software is available for purchase as a ready built platform.

There is also the fact that the market for this type of lending is developing fast and many in the U.K. are dissatisfied by their treatment with the major banks when applying for a loan.

Another major bank has today announced more redundancies from its' retail side therefore obviously not helping its' customers as much.

Also for my viewers outside the U.K. another major bank has started to ask customers what they are doing with funds when they withdraw cash from their accounts. No wonder more in the U.K. are keeping more money at home these days.

Happy and successful investing to you all.

Christopher.
